Meet the Teach: Miss Shryock

I am new to Shady Side Elementary, although I did attend SSES as an elementary student. For three years I have been teaching art at William Paca Elementary in Hyattsville, MD. I graduated from the University of Mississippi, Ole Miss, in 2016. It was there I received my bachelors of fine arts with concentration in Imaging Arts; photography and graphic design. During this time I study classes in all mediums and I continue to work as a photographer, graphic designer, and painter focusing in oil when I am not teaching. I have taught ages Pre K - 12th grade as well as working with adults ages 18 + with mental illness and behavioral disorders.
